The main purpose of this blog is to give HOPE to those who suffer. It aims to support those who struggle with chronic illness and their caregivers. This includes people with “controversial” or “invisible” illnesses. Examples are Chronic/Persistent Lyme Disease, Endometriosis, Mold Toxicity, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME). I want to bring you to a place where you are not defined by your illness, your pain, your limitations.

Are you someone who doesn’t “look sick” but lives with one or more chronic illnesses every day? Do you feel miserable on the inside but look and act normal on the outside? You’re doing your best in all the roles God has given you, but you are worn out. Maybe it’s the illness, maybe it’s the medication(s), maybe it’s side effects. You keep going, keep giving, keep working because you want to do your best.

This blog is for you…to give you Christian HOPE and encouragement through that chronic illness and pain. To allow you to live with joy in the midst of the pain.

A place where your thoughts and comments will be understood, accepted, and valued.

My hope comes from my faith in Jesus Christ and the strength and wisdom only He and God can give. My hope also comes from my husband’s unwavering support.

My life verse has seen me through many trials. “I have set the Lord always before me; because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.” Psalm 16:8

So, walk alongside me as we support and challenge each other in our journeys
